Our Core Values:

Exploring

At the heart of our robotics team is a spirit of exploration. Robotics isn’t just about building a machine — it’s about discovering new skills, understanding how you fit into a team, and learning more about yourself. Whether you’re drawn to coding, designing, problem-solving, or leading, robotics gives you the space to explore different roles and figure out where you thrive. You don’t need to know everything coming in — curiosity and a willingness to try is all it takes. We believe that STEM is for everyone, and robotics is an exciting place to begin that journey.

Engaging

We believe learning should be exciting, hands-on, and filled with “aha” moments. Building a robot gives you something real to care about — a challenge to solve, a goal to reach, a machine to bring to life. Whether you're debugging code at midnight or watching your robot make its first successful move, there's joy in the process. We try to foster a team culture that values play as much as precision, where learning is something you want to do, not just something you're told to do. When you’re engaged, learning sticks — and that’s when the magic happens.

Experiencing

Robotics opens the door to experiences you might never have imagined trying. It’s not just about gears and code — it’s about working with people you’ve never met, testing out bold ideas, and stepping outside your comfort zone. Maybe you’ll try public speaking for the first time, dive into mechanical design, or discover that you actually love CAD modeling. Through these experiences, we grow — not just as roboticists, but as creative, capable, and confident people ready to take on challenges far beyond the competition floor.

Computer Learning

Learning How to Learn

At our core, we believe robotics isn't just about building machines—it's about building minds. In a world of constantly evolving technology, the most valuable skill isn't memorizing facts—it's knowing how to learn. Whether it's debugging code, understanding new sensors, or designing a better drivetrain, we encourage students to embrace challenges with curiosity and resilience. By fostering a mindset of continuous learning, we prepare students not just for competitions, but for a lifetime of adapting, growing, and innovating.

Coworkers

As you switch from creativity and precision, imagination and discipline, you're learning skills that you'll find in all of STEM, not just robotics. The Teamwork and Strategy you employ in a team-based environment will stick for life. These are skills that will carry on throughout the rest of your career and whatever STEM endeavours you may undertake in the future.

University Students

Building Life Skills Through Robotics

Building a vibrant robotics cultures in Highschools in the Lower Mainland, where students gain real-world technical skills, collaborate on engineering challenges, and serve as mentors and role models for youth in their local community

Women In Tech

For students, it is incredibly important to feel like you belong, especially in STEM. Technology has traditionally been male-dominated, and we hope to make a safe space for women to try out tech without pressure or judgment.

We want to show that robotics, coding, and engineering aren’t just for one type of person. By supporting each other and keeping things fun and welcoming, we hope to inspire more girls to see themselves in STEM and stick with it.
