About VEX Robotics
VEX Robotics is an internationally recognized robotics program that gives high school students a unique opportunity to dive into the world of STEM through hands-on experience. In VEX, students design, build, and program robots to compete in fast-paced, team-based challenges that change every year. But the learning goes far beyond the robot. Along the way, students develop practical skills in mechanical engineering, programming, electronics, and design thinking—all while building teamwork, communication, and leadership abilities that last well beyond high school.
VEX is an excellent way to bring STEM learning out of the textbook and into the real world. Students apply math and science in meaningful ways, troubleshoot real problems, and see the results of their ideas in action. It's a creative, collaborative environment where failure isn’t the end—it's part of the process. For many students, VEX is the spark that leads to a lifelong interest in engineering, technology, or innovation. For parents, it's a way to support your child in gaining skills that matter—while being part of something exciting, challenging, and genuinely fun.
